Suzhou Alome Science & Technology Co., Ltd. whose previous name was Suzhou Weitang Die-casting Co., Ltd. established in 1986,is Located in Weitang Town,Xiangcheng District, north of Suzhou. It is only 15 minutes’ drive to to the East Exit of Shanghai-Nanjing Highway and just beside the Highway of 205 (Suzhou-Changshu).
Our factory covers a land area of 45000 square meters with a building area of 35000 square meters. The staff number is around 210. We possess a large quantity of exact production and testing facilities. We own more than 30 die-casting machines from 88T to 1600T, a 400T auto puncher, 7 CNC and dibbling machines, 25 numerically controlled lathes and other lathes, more than 20 oil presses, and punches from 16T to 200T. As for testing facilities, we own metal scans from Germany and England, three-dimensional from USA, X-ray NDT, projector, torsion meter, hydraulic universal tester, roughmeter and hardness meters.
We are specialize in producing aluminum die-casting parts, zinc die-casting parts, stamping parts and some other mechanical parts. The turnover of 2015 was 0.39 billion. We offer parts machining technology and service for electrical home appliances, automobile, kitchen wear, lighting equipment, communications and some other industries. Most of our customers are the world\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'s top 500,for example, Siemens, Samsung, Haier, Media, Little Swan, Whirlpool, Sanyo, Candy, LG, TRW, TRELLEBORG, DAIKIN, Aukma and Glanz. As well as covering the 70% share of the roller washing machine industry, we are gradually spreading our business to automobile, lighting equipment, communications industries and so on.
Our company is paying much attention to intellectual property protection. Till now we own 27 patents including 3 invention patents and 24 utility model patents. Besides, we are also applying for more invention patents with Suzhou Institute of Nano-Tech and Nano-Bionics(SINANO), Chinese Academy of Sciences,and some of them have been already accepted.
